The slight breeze brought in the smell of salty air and the beach. The sun was shining brightly and temperatures were warm for a beautiful spring evening. Kids were playing in the park nearby, the sun was setting, and Mt. Rainier was out in all her glory. Does it get any better than this?

For Beth, it does! She is spending her summer at Gleanings for the Hungry https://gleanings.org where she’ll be helping grow food to feed people across the world. Gleanings is 100% donation and volunteer operated.* Pretty amazing huh?

Beth is one of those people whose smile lights up any room, her laugh is infectious, and a heart so welcoming you forget life’s worries for just a moment. She has a listening ear and a voice of reason. She’s a silver lining kind of gal. California is so lucky to have her!

I hope this summer offers her a foundation of faith and launches her into a lifetime of ministry.
